Al Lorenz founded Criterion Properties in 2003  to provide commercial real estate services.  Al has business, investment, marketing and technical backgrounds plus extensive development experience! His background includes development, multi-family and commercial projects he has been involved with since the early 1990s.  With the move of the brokerage to the Lake Chelan Valley in 2005, Al began offering both full service commercial and residential services to a clientele that includes investors, developers and savvy property owners that demand the best.

As a full time resident in the Chelan Valley, Al knows what is happening in the area.  He regularly attends planning and council meetings both in Chelan County and City of Chelan.  With his real estate history spanning many different areas, Al is familiar with many of the types of projects Chelan has yet to see, but are coming to the valley.  He can see opportunities in projects others just aren’t familiar with.  Al is also a licensed auctioneer in Washington State.

Al is involved in the business and development environment of the area.  He has served on citizen advisory committees for Chelan County, the City of Chelan, and the Manson council.  He has done and is doing projects in the City of Wenatchee, County of Chelan and City of Chelan.  He has hometown expertise!
